I graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in accounting. Not long after graduating I joined this great company as an Entry Level Inventory Manager. Less than 2 years into my tenure I moved on to the Area Manager Position, then on to a Director of Operations position. From operations I moved on to Ontario Accounts, then into Information Technology and finally into my current position as VP of Human Resources. I started working part time for WIS in the San Diego office in 1979, as I was studying for my Masters degree in Business Administration. After a year, I became a Crew Manager and ran inventories for many years. I was promoted to Production Supervisor, and in 1987, I became the San Diego District Manager. In 1995, I moved from the field into the corporate office and worked as a Support Specialist in the Technology Help desk. Today, I am the manager of the Support and Quality Assurance Department.
