We have been very satisfied with their performance and have increased their market share accordingly. They have been extremely responsive to our operational and technology needs. I would gladly provide a positive reference regarding their service. Gregg Toland Director of Inventory Family Dollar Stores, Inc. Mervyns Lori, I wanted to let you know how supportive your team was to me last week. We had an armed robbery last Tuesday at one of my stores and multiple diamond rings were stolen. Your area managers, Cheryl Shupe and Melody Hughes, came back down to the store a few hours after inventory and assisted me with gathering the item SKU's. I can not express enough my gratitude for their partnership during this crisis situation. I wanted to make sure that they are recognized within your company for this act. Thank you, Hope Beswick District Loss Prevention Manager- Mervyns LLC [ view entry ] ( 98 views ) | permalink Did you know?
