Our Inventory Associates are the backbone of our business. At this entry-level hourly position, you will be trained on our inventory procedures including the use of our handheld data collector, the Wisard.

Inventory Associates travel to our customer's locations each day to perform inventory and other retail tasks. The position does involve early mornings and some weekend work. Many of our employees enjoy the flexibility of work hours as well as the team camaraderie that is present with each crew. When asked what they like about working at WIS, we hear this answer very often, "It's the people; the team I work with each day makes the work fun."

Inventory Managers at WIS International - Search Job Postings - Career FAQ

Inventory Manager is the entry level management position here at WIS International. Many of our senior managers began their careers at WIS as Inventory Managers!

The initial training for Inventory Manager encompasses classroom and some online training, but the majority of your learning will come from on-the-job training.

As your skills develop, so will your responsibility to provide organization and leadership to larger teams of Associates. You will know the satisfaction of working with your team to make a customer's inventory experience a positive one!
