A: Applicants for our hourly Inventory Associate positions need a positive attitude, an interest in learning new skills and an energetic approach to work. We look for people who enjoy being part of a team and who do their best to improve every day. A: Candidates for Entry Level Management positions should have strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. The ideal person is ambitious, resourceful, enthusiastic and goal oriented. We look for decision-makers who demonstrate a hands-on approach, enjoy a team environment and like to have fun at work. Q. What are the hours like? A: We have jobs that start early mornings, some evenings and most weekends. It really depends on when our customers need us. The hours vary depending on the area you will be working in and the time of year it is. As an hourly Inventory Associate the more available you are for work the more hours you will likely receive. Q: Do I have to travel? A: We work at our customers locations. This may involve traveling across town, to the next town and may involve lengthy paid travel or overnights. In most of our offices the transportation to and from local jobsites is voluntarily provided. Our employees consistently say that the opportunity to travel and work in different locations everyday is one of the best features of working for WIS. Q: What is the hiring process? When should I hear back? A: Once you fill out an online application it will then be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter. Qualified applicants should hear back from us within 7-10 days. Q: Do you hire for any positions other than Inventory Associate or Inventory Manager? A: Yes. Although the vast majority of our employees start out in one of these two entry level positions, we do have some opportunities in Administration, IT, and Accounting/Finance.
